STEP 2    PAY THE DEPOSIT
If you like our recommendation and want to book it, you only need to pay the deposit, and then we will keep the room for you. 
STEP 3    DOWNLOAD GUEST FORM
Thanks for your booking! For the better service and understand the need and taste, please click to download and fill in【the Guest Information Form】and reply us so that we can provide you the best service.
STEP 4    BOOKING COMPLETED
After you send us the guest form, the booking process is finished. We will make a perfect preparation and look forward for your arrival!
NOTICES
1. No smoking, no censing, and no pets allowed in Gracehome. Violators will be fined NT$10000 cleaning fee!
2. Prohibit drinking liquors, gambling, and any illegal behaviors. Please pay attention to home safety.
3. Lovers are prohibited. Prohibit accommodating heterosexual friends for the night.
4. In response to the environmental protection, please sort the trash and keep the room clean and tidy.
5. Please turn off the light and air conditioners when you leave. Violators will be fined NTD$300/ time.
6. Please use the equipment and supply carefully. If damage is caused, please repay in full price. 
7. If the number of people you check in is not the same as deal, each additional person will be charged NT$1000/night.

PAYMENT NOTES
All the quotation is cash price. The deposit is 35% of the total rent, and we accept following payment terms: 
  • Domestic payment in Taiwan. If you choose this way, we will provide a bank account to you. 
  • PayPal payment with a service fee. We will send a electronic bill to you to pay the deposit. 
  • Swift Bank Transfer (ONLY ACCEPT USD). If you choose this way, we will provide the account's details to you.
The entire balance is paid by cash or credit card (add extra fee 5%) upon check-in and it's non-refundable. 
*The service fee of PayPal payment will be charged with the balance, not at the same time with the deposit.
